Helping teams get real and do their best work together

I'm Alex Eisenberg. I bring people together to belong, connect and make things happen.

Real work.
Real room.
Real people.

Let’s find more clarity, creativity and connection together.

The Human Layer

AI is changing how your team works. I help you figure out what stays human.

Adoption is fast. The conversation hasn’t kept up. People are using new tools quietly, unsure what it means for their role, their team and the work itself. So the questions don’t get asked.

The Human Layer is a facilitated session where your team says how they really feel about AI, decides what they want it to do, and strengthens the things no machine can replace: trust, judgement and honest conversation.

Not a tool tutorial. Not a policy session.

What I do

  • Leadership Development

Programmes that help leaders raise their ambitions, find their voice and build teams people want to be part of.

  • Facilitation

Convening groups of 5 to 500 for away days, strategy sessions and the conversations that matter, held so that everyone gets heard.

  • Gatherings

Experimental, transformational experiences that take people away so they can come back to themselves, with room to breathe built in.

  • Disability Policy Centre
  • King's College London

“Alex understood what we wanted and helped us refine how best to get there. His facilitation was a rare mix: engaged, knowledgeable and responsive. I would work with him again in a heartbeat."
